Moto Matcha was born in the fall of 2019 when I toured Japan by motorcycle on a quest to find extraordinary matcha. During my two-wheeled journey, I met with kindhearted multi-generation farmers who shared their tea practice.
Moto Matcha works with multi-generation tea farmers that harvest premium tea and matcha. Only 100 tins are produced for every edition of Moto Matcha.
Edition 002: Betsujou Matcha, is a wonderful first flush spring harvest from Uji that was made from handpicked leaves. It's earthy, fruity, and has a wonderful spring crispness to it when enjoyed cold.
